During that time I saw Nishanth explore and grow his Product knowledge through hands-on experience: He worked on personal side projects in mobile gaming where he was part of a team and responsible for user journeys & game experience. He also studied and got certified in courses related to product management to hone his skills.
I think Nishanth would be a great addition to any team he is a part of. When I hire Product Managers, I look for the same characteristics that he exhibits.
